International orders generally take 7-15 business days to arrive depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Tracking information is provided via email once the package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on flight controllers and motors?
Yes, we provide a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from crashes, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
What is your return policy for unopened items?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
